Terms of use

Terms of use of the Magic-Cars website and the general rules of working with the workshop. The specific terms of each repair are always agreed in a written job order.

Last updated: 16 September 2026

1. Who runs the website

The website is run by Marcin Pasternak, trading as “Marcin Pasternak Magic - Cars”, Bobrowiczki 22D, 76-100 Bobrowiczki, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 8392161238 (“Magic-Cars”, “we”). Using the website is free and requires no registration.

2. Nature of the information

The content — service descriptions, examples of our work, videos, answers to questions — is for information only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. The price and date of each service are agreed individually after inspecting the vehicle or analysing the photos you send. The Porsche visuals in the hero section illustrate the repair stages and are computer-generated — they are not photos of a specific job. Quoted reviews come from public sources (Google).

3. Enquiries and quotes

You can send an enquiry via the form (which opens your e-mail app), by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp. Provide accurate data and only what is needed for a quote. When sending photos, make sure they do not contain third parties’ data without their consent. A preliminary quote based on photos is indicative; a binding quote is made after inspection and confirmed in the job order before work starts.

4. How we perform services

Scope, price and date are recorded in the job order. If additional work turns out to be necessary, we inform you and wait for your decision — we do not extend the scope without consent. Parts: genuine or OE quality, as agreed in the job order. We document the work with photos. Warranty terms for the work are set out in the job order; the warranty does not exclude or limit consumer rights under statutory warranty.

5. Vehicle transport

On request we help arrange transport of the vehicle to the workshop and back. The contract of carriage is concluded with the carrier, who is liable for the vehicle during transport under the applicable transport law. We confirm transport terms and cost before it is ordered.

6. Collection and payment

We release the vehicle once the work has been paid for, unless agreed otherwise in the job order. We notify you by phone or message when the vehicle is ready and agree the collection date together.

7. Complaints

You can file a complaint by e-mail ([email protected]), in writing to the workshop address or in person. Describe the problem and give the job order details. We respond within 14 days. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

8. Intellectual property

The Magic-Cars logo, texts, photos and videos on the website are protected by copyright and industrial property law. You may share them with attribution; commercial use requires our consent. Vehicle brand names belong to their owners and are used solely to describe the scope of our services — we are not an authorised service partner of any manufacturer.

9. Liability for the website

We do our best to keep the website working correctly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for the content of external services we link to (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Google Maps, WhatsApp).

10. Final provisions

We may change these terms; the current version is always available at this address, and jobs in progress are governed by the version in force when they were ordered. Polish law applies. For consumers, the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence apply where they give wider protection.
